SCHOOL AND YOUTH-SERVING ORGANIZATION PROGRAMS

ABOUT:

We proudly offer programming for schools and youth-serving organizations from September through May with professional educators at special discounted rates. We are also fully equipped with a catering kitchen prepared to feed your group and can accommodate allergy and dietary needs.  Our educational courses meet State and National Learning Standards which are taught mostly outdoors on our nearly 800-acre property, and we have plenty of indoor spaces if there is inclement weather during your stay.

OVERNIGHT FACILITIES: We can accommodate a maximum of 281 overnight guests in a group in our various bunk-style cabins.  

Ivy and Alpine Village: Each village has 5 rustic cabins with electricity that sleep 12 in each cabin.  Each village has its own newly built modern shower house with flush toilets and shower stalls.

Sebring Lodge: This lodge has two levels and four bunk rooms that each sleep 32.  Each of the four rooms has an in-room multi-stall restroom with showers.  This facility is heated for year-round use.

Coultrap Lodge: This is a smaller lodge with separate bunk rooms that sleeps up to 13.  It features two full restrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a large porch and back deck.   A favorite facility among teachers and youth leaders!

Cardinal Lodge: A motel-style lodge with two sides that have separate entries, each side sleeping 10 with bunk beds and a full restroom and kitchenette with sink and refrigerator/freezer on both sides.  

Additional Spaces: Dining Hall with Catering Kitchen, Nature Lab, Art Studio, Library, Indoor Gymnasium with Rock Wall, Basketball, and Pickleball, Rotary Barn that is Modular and Customizable for Your Group, Large Outdoor Shelter House, Frog Pond, Nursing Cabin
